Fella’s I need your opinions on what codes you would give the following items on a PIR

A. Ceiling rose – supply cable which emerges from the plasterboard is 0.75mm two core, so no earth provision readily available without floorboards up.
B. Shower – water inlet on the side has a hole i can stick my index finger in so its a breach of IP codes and access to live parts (1?)
C. Main Bonding Conductor – For the gas not within 1m of the incoming gas supply, more like 3m
D. Supply cable outer sheath not bought into various patress and ceiling roses.

Cheers in advance for any suggestions

A. Ceiling rose – supply cable which emerges from the plasterboard is 0.75mm two core, so no earth provision readily available without floorboards up. Class2 fittings only...code4.....Class 1 fittings but IR good to conductive parts,code2.....Class 1 fittings and IR poor to conductive parts,code1
B. Shower – water inlet on the side has a hole i can stick my index finger in so its a breach of IP codes and access to live parts (1?)Can you access live parts?...code1 if you can.
C. Main Bonding Conductor – For the gas not within 1m of the incoming gas supply, more like 3m...Code4 if it is solid to the point of entry,if the position of the bond results in an unbonded section of pipe on the incomer side,code2.
D. Supply cable outer sheath not bought into various patress and ceiling roses.Code4 if such instances are inaccessible to persons using the installation,code2 if accessible.

Cheers in advance for any suggestions

I would like to make an opinion on the shower question
There would mostly be, an electrically excessive entry hole where pipework enters a shower unit externally
(In this case its probably excessive pipework wise as well)

I think most shower units have a channel that is moulded so that even if ip ratings are exceeded at pipe entries, then internally they may be sound when the cover is in place

Cheers for the reply guys
Re the shower, it's a hack job by the landlord, hole is 40mm by 20mm easy and although you can't access live parts with the inserted finger you could touch the printed circuit board with a tool
