Hi all
recently completed my DEI and 17th Ed courses in preparation for doing some electrical work when i'm made redundant towards the end of the year.
i'll openly admit that i'm still very new to this, but got the basics i think.
any tips, tricks, etc will always be gratefully received :)

Welcome ask one of the moderators for access to the trainee section, you will get god advice and answers to any questions, lots of good guys act as Mentors.
 
Welcome to the forum.
See if you can find someone to mentor you and provide you with information and work experience before you start for real, this will stand you in good stead for the future.
