Discuss Looking for an insulated hex set (perhaps one that fits the draper torque screwdriver!) in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net
I've just written to draper and asked that exact question.See if you can get a hex bit for your current torque driver.
Where did you get yours?Get yourself a set of Boddingtons. Not cheap but kwaliteeee gear.
loadout.shop is one outlet however believe it's a £45 minimum on Boddingtons gear as they operate on a dropshipping basis.Where did you get yours?
I have filled in a request for thier web site, but don't know if there are easier ways to buy them.
Cheaper is to get a couple of hex bits for my Wera, but there are other insulated tools that would be nice to have. I don't normally work live (no one does by preference!) but also I like to know if it went wrong or emergancy called I would have a proper kit to actually do so.
I’ve got a Boddingtons trade account, but can actually get them cheaper from the loadout shop. Not totally sure how that works...they must be getting a massive discount for bulk buying.Where did you get yours?

Thanks, will look there as well. We don't really buy enough to justify opening trade accounts for many suppliers, but will see.I’ve got a Boddingtons trade account, but can actually get them cheaper from the loadout shop. that's the set I have.the bits are 6mm (1/4") fit (in the handle). only problem is that the bits regularly fall out when in use. it's too easy for the sliding bit lock to move to the unlock position.I've made a decision! ?

They have a hex 3, 4 and 5 and they are slimline. That's exactly what I want, expensive(ish) but not a silly price. Happy days ?
that's cheaper than some on ebay.Got one of these ITL 02760 Totally Insulated T Bar Hexagon Key - 3mm Key Size - https://www.tester.co.uk/itl-totally-insulated-3mm-hexagon-key
I use it on wpd cutouts when adding an earth and fits fine
Just seen this post @kropaske . Really kind of you to go to the trouble of doing all that work. Those are the sizes of the wera set,
@happyhippydad can you check against your draper kit?
Yeah, but you'd need a house in France and some fancy cars to be able to afford that. ?The Armeg set come with 3mm and 4mm as standard: 13 Piece Fully Loaded VDE Adjustable Torque Screwdriver Set
Or don't undersell yourself. ?Yeah, but you'd need a house in France and some fancy cars to be able to afford that. ?
Thanks for those. It wood seem that picture get distorted. Wera measurements are exactly the same as draper except last one. Draper 33mm, wera 40mm. So it looks like wera will fit but may not lock.Draper
Picture 1 = 51mm
Picture 2 = 10mm
Picture 3 = 9mm
Picture 4 = 33mm
