Sub panel wiring directly to main panel

I live in las vegas nevada. I'm installing a sub panel outside that will be a 125 amps.I want to run the right wire from my sub panel to my main panel.My question is do I have to put a 125 Amp circuit breaker in the main panel and run the wiring to that. Or can I run the wiring from the sub panel Directly to the hot and ground and neutral wire locations in the main panel?
