I know this has been posted about before but I am not 100% sure reading the posts.
2 meters registered to one address. One meter in house and one in a building some way away with independent supplies. Outbuilding has direct connection to the power lines over pole. Looks like only single phase coming into the outbuilding but may be 3 phase available.

Can we install 2 x 4kw arrays under G83 and will we get highest FIT for each. The power will be fed to the house and the outbuilding separately.
Do different suppliers have different views or is there a regulation that applies?

the m,pans are registered to his propertys he can have 2 4kw systems

As I understand, yes he can have two systems, yes they can both be G83 (16a), yes you should be eligible for the higher FIT on both, but they would both come under the new EPC rules, however, one system may be deemed as commercial, and therefore be taxable as an income because technically it is a separate property as different MPAN.

I am sure you will get different opinions on this.

From someone that does not do solar. Are you talking Chinese?

HEY T, C
you know what an m,pan number is!! the G83 is for single phase solar systems upto 4kw. more than 4kw installs is called G59 3phase
all installs now have to have an EPC carried out to see what the performance/rating is on the property which reflects on the feed in tariff the customer recieves they have to get a band D on there property to get the highest tariff.
