Design, Construction, Inspection and testing

What should be recorded on Certificate in section Design, Construction, Inspection and testing? Boxes BS 7671 ……. amended to ……… (date).
I am beginner and I am confused.

Hey.

The latest edition of BS 7671 was published in 2008. As it has not yet been ammended then you insert N/A in the box

Think it will be a bit yet, as the 16th came out in 1992 amended 2001 and 2004.

They will only amend an edition twice before they publish a new edition.
