G83/2 and G59/3 documents

Hi new to the forum posting! / frustrated as we failed our solar Pv mcs because Napit say we need actual documents for g83/2 and new g59/3 not just the ENA guides which we have presented to them ? ENA want arm and half a leg £ for each PDF only any one know where I can source ?
