the same peachy who recently just lost a court case and also went belly up on his "project" Mr Electric Tees Valley!

he uses the NIC logo all over the site, If he's not registered with the NIC but subs the work to NIC sparks is this ok? Does the customer pay him or the NIC spark? Take it the if this is ok he can't sub work to sparks registered with other organisations
