how can i get some work exp?

hi all
probably been asked a lot, particularly recently, seems quite a few are in the same boat.
I am retraining as a spark, but cant get any practical exp.
will work for free but only available at weekend due to current job, is there any hope of finding a improver job? what are the best job sites to look for this type of position?
what agencies are worthwhile? based in southampton...

i am in the same position but have managed to get some work...however i know my limitations and when friends ask i will go and fit there shower or fit the cooker...i dont care that im not fully qualified. the way i think about it is i have to get experience some how and if i cant get on with another spark i'll give it a go myself.....no other option...
