Hi guys

Going to be putting a new shower. Well it'll be a mixer shower but has a panel that has lights and speakers etc. This is wired with a 3a plug top on the end.
Anyone ever fitted one before as i was unsure the route to go with supplying this. Do i take a feed from the cu on a 6a breaker to switch fuse just outside the bathroom and then run to underneath the tray (wil need a tool to get under so classed as outside zones) into an unswitched socket.
Or take a feed from the light into switch fused spur to underneath the tray??

Oh forgot yo say the total power is only 25W

Doesn't it come with an ELV transformer ?

I know I'm old fashioned but this seems a lot of faff , why do people want to p155 about with this sort of thing when you can just have your shower and get moving ?

Waiting for Tel's post regarding shower and all mod cons:D.
When I had to wire up power showers Tritan Quartz? used to be a switched fused spur from ring final circuit.

Would an sfcu off the ring circuit be better then?

Im not being mad but it wouldnt be right to come off the 6mm. As in 6mm from cu to shower switch but made a sfcu and then 2.5mm. Thats not to be done is it?
