Depends on the size of the installation and location, ballpark £50 + £20 per circuit. That's a 3 bed house (7 circuits avg) for around £190 (and yes you can do 10 a day of them ... NOT).
 
A reasonable fee to charge would be on a £20 per room basis, not including hallways or bathrooms normally, and another £20 for each floor. So a two bedroom flat with a kitchen and lounge would come in at £80 + £20 for the one floor. A three bedroom semi with kitchen, lounge and dining room would come in at £120 + £40 for the two floors.
 
You need to to allow time for the report to be done and if that means you have no time left in the day to do another job you should charge your day rate.
