lighting cable drilled through in an existing domestic property. able to repair but its no where near any safe zone, completely routed where it should not be. would you repair it or re-route a new cable? im guessing the rest in the house are all roughly the same as regards to the rest of the cables that are routed being outside the safe zones 20+ years old installation

thanks guys. thats actually what i did do. although a few have said they would just have repaired it. not something i would have been happy to do myself. i would rather walk away knowing my cables in the right place even if the rest of them are not.
