anyone else see the father and son sparks on tonights rogue traders??

how do they justify nearly 1800 quid for a board change

dont get me started.
do a lot of subby work for another firm was asked to do a box change for them,went on wed for pir, was old rewireable box so got new db and seperate board for storage heating. Subby firm rang me up last night, client not happy about price why two boxes to pay for blah blah blah he says he been watching watchdog on tv and dont think he needed boards changed. cost 2x boards supplied fitted 1 1/2 days labour £400 ffs (prices always kept down cause get lots of work fom this firm.)

that going to cause a LOT of problems IMO people see these progs n start thinking they dont NEED things done "the guy on watch dog says its ok" the other thing will be prices "the guy on watch dog said it should cost xyz!!"
