Bearing in mind that this is open learning at home for units 1-3 before I can go and do my practical workshop.

Unit 1, I have gone through and answered all the theory questions ready to be sent away for assesment, pretty easy and straight forward really.

Unit 2, I have read through it, done example questions and answers and understand everything pretty easily BUT......this is where I'm coming undone!!

Do you need to know ALL of the equations by memory V=IR, P=UI etc etc as this is where i'm struggling!! I just can't seem to get them in my head! I know probably 50% of them but I just can't remember everything! Whilst sitting the exams, do you get supplied the equations or can you have a sheet of reference with you ? I probably already know the answer is NO but thought i'd just ask. I thought that I had revised it all but now i'm not so confident!!

I have found a "Formula Wheel" that shows the equations for Power, Voltage, Amps and resistance.......

Any help or experience from similar courses would be great please.......thank you.

thanks for posting that Mac as ive just passed Unit 1 so im starting unit 2 next week. Ive actually just bought one of those Casio (Natural textbook display Sci-Calculators) as i was told there the ones to get to help understand the calculations a hell of a lot easier.
