If I install a new cable and tap off unit on an existing canalis busbar system, would this be considered as a new installation or minor works? I was thinking MEIWC as it is an addition to a system that I am tapping off. On the other hand it is a new circuit from the tap off unit to the equipment. Any thoughts? Cheers

I would say EIC as you will be fitting a new OCPD and circuit.
