Just been looking through an electrical wholesalers catalog to get some prices for pricing up a job for college. Anyway I'm looking at the section about distribution boards and switchgear, and I noticed they've got a range of Wylex consumer units, available from 1 to 8 ways and the re wirable fuses and carriers to go in them. Why would they still be selling those, and in fact why would they still be making them??

Wot's wrong with re-wire-ables. They're great for overloading and you don't get the nuisance tripping!!!!!! Ha ha

They still make and sell them so C&G can put questions in their exams. They allways stick a 3036 question in....................
