75 metre outside extension cable help please.

Id like to make my own 75 metre extension cable that will plug into a socket in an outbuilding then run up to another building 75 metres up a grass path offering 2 sockets at the end. Could someone advise on the best way to achieve this as would ideally like this to remain permanent so weather protection is also required.
