BS5266 - which version

Hi. Have been told I need BS5266 for emergency lighting. Had a look on BSI website and there are several parts/dates. Did a search on this forum and although 5266 gets mentioned as a document, no specifics as to which part I need.
Any pointers before I waste money?

I think you need to get a copy of BS 5266.Part 1 2005 along with Parts 7 and 8. Particularly.

If you go to the Tender Loving Care site in the technical section they have a great pdf download on emergency lighting and on page 11 of that you will see a list od the BS numbers
