Complete re-wire

I have been asked to look at a complete re-wie for a property that has 5 bedrooms, 2 basement rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, lounge and and extension room added at the back. This is my first major job and before i meet the client, i want to be able to give a rough time scale for work completion and thus give him a ball park price.

What are your thoughts to time scale and 1st fix material costs?

Depends how many hands are on the job.
What the customer wants materials wise will dictate the cost for materials.
