Hi, New Member looking for some help with Amtech Fasttest 2013

Hi everyone. My name is Stephen. I'm a time served electrician with my own small business in the North East. I've been trading for 10 years and previous to that after serving my time I was a contracts manager for some large commercial contractors.

I currently have a problem! All of our computer equipment was recently infected with malware. The situation was so bad that we needed to completely re - install all our packages. Luckily enough all our back up systems had saved our data remotely and we have recovered that. The only thing we cannot find is our Amtech Fasttest 2013 installation disc. We are due our annual inspection and need to re- install the software to access our database. Could anyone help with a copy of the disc? I am aware that I'll need to reactivate the software with Amtech. If anyone could help I'd be very grateful.

Have you called Amtech? They are quite helpful....

I just got a download link from them, no physical disc.

Yes I did speak to them when it first happened but my care package has expired and they said they would have to charge for a new package. If I still had the discs there would be no charge to reactivate. I don't suppose you still have the link do you?
