Max Demand Blown Out of the Window!!

I'm working on a house that has no gas or oil, and it would not be easy to get bottled gas to it.
So here is my problem, the client wants everything electric.
So in his ideal world that would be:
2 x 9.6kW Instant water heaters
1 x Reasonable electric shower, say 8.5kW
1 x electric hob
1 x electric oven
and probably 5 x 2 or 3kW convector heaters.
Plus rings and lighting for a 3 bed house.

At the moment there is only a pretty dodgy 60A supply that will need upgrading even if it was to remain at 60A just because of the state of it.

The way I see it, which ever way you try and apply diversity you don't come anywhere close to getting under 60A!!

Does anyone have any bright ideas? Other than to walk away from the job!!

My knowledge of 3 phase is fairly limited, but I believe it could handle the required loadings if the house was to have it installed, but it it a realistic option in a domestic setting??

might be cheaper to fit storage heaters and get duel tariff meter as oppose to supply upgrade, its throwing money down the drain heating up the house during the day, although they might not be everyones first choice you dont seem to have alot of options and with energy prices rising the savings will more or less pay for the job over a couple of years.

Yeah, I have thought about that, but to make the challenge a bit harder the place floods on a fairly regular basis, so all electrics need to be at least 1200mm of the floor. Not ideal for storage heaters!! There is going to be at least one, possibly 2 wood burners in the property, so there will be some heat not supplied be electricity!
