hi all
im after some meat display tubes 2 5ft- 1 3ft -1 2ft and so far the best price i can get is £60.
i think this is alot!
anyone direct me to a more realistic cost.

try SLD glasgow specalist lamp distribution these type of lamps are Expensive due to the limited number used like tyres a 185/60/15 might be a lot cheaper than a 185 45 15 as 1000s of the big one are made and only 100s of other one
Junkie lamps ( The blue ones in toilets) are another extorsionate lamp
another thing is buying quantitys say 5 of each ( talk client into 6 monthly changes to keep the look of the meat) there are also LED options very expensive but less power usage longer life

looks like my butcher who only gets new tubes when they die can get them cheaper than me.
he buys 4 every 6 years...i buy a whole lot more than that so i hoped my price would be better.

an "In Store Technician" at a supermarket we did put a pile of gormete tubes in the cash office The poor girls looked such a funny colour till we changed them n he got a -------ing for wasting a right good bit of dosh and 8 58w lamps lol
