Dalben, I have spent many hours researching and putting together my T's & C's document. I don't want to appear rude or unhelpful, but making your first post on the forum a request for something which others have worked on, is not going to endear you to forum members. You could find all the information yourself using a search facility on the forum or Google, and create one yourself, or use some of the sample documents which are available as a starting point.
Make some posts, contribute to the forum, even post a simple introduction and it'll help. Going through life (virtual or real) with one arm longer than the other isn't a good approach.
