Ive had my old kitchen removed and knocked through to make a larger dining room. The problem is the room has two lights both controlled by a different switch on opposite sides of the room. The electrician was unable to do this by wiring in the traditional manner due to a tiled bathroom floor above. Without ripping up the floor or ceiling, is there anything on the market I can get fitted that will control both lights from one switch?

Quinetic, Rako or Control4 for me. Depending on level of lighting controls and final integration required.
