There was a female electrician used to be on here a few years ago who was always able to get help despite the daft questions and the fluttering eyelash type attitude (oo, silly little me, etc.). If it had been a bloke they would have got some right stick.

She gets it wrong from 38 seconds onwards. The way she shows is not correct and minimises the contact area between the two conductors. The two conductors should not do a 'u turn'. For the correct way which maximises contact area see:
