Fluke Multimeter + Fluke Clamp on

Hi, I've found myself working more and more with higher voltages then my multimeter is permitted (so It's no use for these jobs), so I have to borrow one that is permitted all the time from colleagues. I don't like doing this and would like to buy my own. But I'm on apprentice wages and can't really afford a brand new bells and whistles one. Has anyone got a second hand:

Fluke Multimeter - 1kV ac / 1.5kV dc With leads to go with if possible.

Fluke Clamp on meter also!

Yes I would like Fluke

Yes. The voltages are maximum. Just a <400A / <600v AC clamp on meter will do. I don't use that for the higher voltage systems (Like a Fluke 321).
