ELECSA Certification Scheme Job address not on Elecsa notification list

Hi, i just tried to notify a job i done yesterday and when i entered the address into Elecsas job notification center all the other house numbers in the street came up but not the house i worked in.
I cant ring Elecsa because they are shut today but just wondered if anybody has ever had this?

No - but enter the full address instead of just the postcode and searching.

I entered the full address and it could not find it, I will just call them tomorrow.
