Can anyone help, how do I calculate Primary Line Coefficients R,L,G and C for a pre determined length of cable, actually the question is asking me to estimate, is there a general rule of thumb to use to do this.

I had to look that one up!
They appear to me, to be characteristics of the cable, so I'm thinking you would need to look at the cable manufacturers data.

R & G can be calculated from the resistivity of the cable material and size.
