Have you seen the latest Segen offering? Register as recommended Installer and you get £500 of marketing/PR/training support each quarter. Great methinks just what we need some regular support to sustain business on a more regular footing. Then I looked at the support on offer - case study support (helping to prepare a case study for local press, but obviously you'd still need to do the legwork) £600 instead of £1,000. Who in their right mind would pay £1k for a case study? £100 tops if I was desperate, there's absolutely no guarantee that the local press will print it so why would you risk anymore than that?
The training that used to be free now has a price tag of £129 + vat
£140/100 is the discounted price for postcards - Vistaprint is £10/100
Roller banners £200 instead of £240 - we paid £80 for ours
You see the point? I used to really like Segen but I find it really difficult to get hold of them these days and although I love their quick quote system the pricing on it isn't always accurate anymore and their prices are comparable to more other wholesalers now and sometimes more expensive.
Anyone else coming to the same conclusion? I feel a bit mean cos they helped us out massively when the Fit cut hit in Nov 2011 but there's only so far loyalty can go.
