i think it just says "a device for emergency switching shall be placed and durably marked so as to be readily identifiable and convenient for the intended use" 537.4.2.7

plus electricians guide to building regs says that " the switch must be installed outside zones 0, 1 and 2, although the corded type may reach in these zones"

awaiting to get my head chewed off lol
 
As above but outside 1.2m from a fixed showerhead. I only remember that bit when i got done being 6 inches inside it a few years ago on an inspection. lol
