bs number of 30 amp re wireable main cut out fuse?

can some one tell me what this is and can i change the wire to 60 amp wire?

you should not even attempt to replace the cut out fuse. mget DNO to do it.

Like tel has said this should be down to the DNO call them if the main fuse is rewirable it should be upgraded the BS number is BS3036

Thanks, just that i read somewhere it can be done. wanted some more opinions. how can i find the bs number.
