lighting circuit with broken cpc continuity

Domestic lighting circuit with two luminares and associated switches where a cpc is present, but no continuity - all other points have cpc continuity back to the CU. A CU change at this property is requested and i cannot locate where the cpc to these two luminaires and switches has become disconnected. Any advice on what i should do now regarding testing on this circuit, before i go any further. The owner does not want me to remove any flooring and no access to the loft space.

Either rectify the fault, or use class II fitings etc on that part of the circuit.

and label the new CU identifying the non CPC circuits.
