Outside Canopy Spotlights

My first post on here guys, I need to install 4-5 spotlights or downlights into a canopy at the front of a house. I know they have to be IP rated, any suggestions on where to get them from?

Also i am installing a single double socket and 5ft fluorescent light in a "lean to" type building at the side of the same house, the house is dashed all round and for aesthetic purposes i am unsure what to run the cables in. Please could you help.
