How much electrical work is involved in one of these installations?

The only reason I ask is because a job has been mentioned in this field and I'd like to find out more about the work involved as an "Installer"

I guess I posted this at the wrong time of day :D

To be honest I think I'm not going to pursue this route as I do not believe there will be enough electrical work to justify all the work I have put in over the last 18 months.

The part that did appeal however was the fact that it could be a permanent full-time position working during a time where there is little else about?

Thanks to anyone who may wish to add anything :D

How big a job?

1/3 to 1/4 of the work on a solar job is of an electrical nature.

That could mean running or fixing cable (4mm2 up to 125mm2) through to G59/2 testing and comissioning.

Thank You Worcester for taking the time to help.

I've been giving this more and more thought and I think I'm going to kick the possible opportunity in to touch.

I've got a funny feeling that the Installer position is just going to be more labouring than anything associated with electrical work.

It's not the direction I have ever thought about pursuing so I am going to stick to my original goal.

Thanks again
