quoting for a re wire of a 3 bed ex council block ground floor flat

existing setup- skeleton board inside cabinet in hall way- singles in conduit to lights and sockets- sockets are surface mounted.

guy wants everything sunk in and some stuff in different positions and some addition points put in...

whats the norm when it comes to doing these re-wires?

rewiring to the current points in the conduit and then chase out solid walls to new positions- t+e and cap?

looks forward to hearing your views

Top hat the ceiling, board and re-skim after you've rewired using cradles and cable ties to the existing concrete ceiling...

Not get involved?
