Separate AVI?

This is probably a daft question and sorry if it's already been asked. The only time I ever have used a meter is to bell out... However, can a FLUKE T110 be used as a voltage indicator as well? If so I'll get one if not I'll buy a simpler meter for belling out and a Separately AVI.

The Fluke T110 can be used as a voltage indicator, as it will indicate voltage even without batteries.
Some prefer to use a dedicated voltage indicator that only has one purpose, to avoid confusion.
But this unit does serve the purpose.
