Hi guys

Been asked to perform some remedial works on site....lot of which is Missing 100mm galvanised trunking lids missing.

Can they be bought alone ? ( as i cant find them ) or will the whole trunking section needs to be replaced ?

does anybody have any better ideas ?

ta

I've never tried to buy it seperate from the trunking, the wholesalers mat do but may charge a premium for it.
Maybe a look on the bay of E might get you some.

I have just re read your post even if you cant buy the lidding seperate , that doesn't mean you need to replace the trunking, just use the lid of the trunking you have to buy.
Then hope someone else comes along wanting a load of trunking without lidding. simple.

it depends on the lip really on the edge, if its similar to trent trunking but not quite right then you can buy camlocks seperate and manufacture some with a metal bender like laggers use.

best thing to do is take a picture and go along and show it to a couple wholesalers and on here to see if anyone recognises the brand

Call in at your local CEF branch, they have a steel containment manufacturing division, who I'm sure will make something to fit for you.
