Yes I Have done loads !!! I use to do hospital installs and a good electrician gets his apprentice do all the runners for him:)

I did alot of conduit there, main building also that tray and trunking long runs in the middle. In main building all lights are controlled by rako.

No rako controls your lights via phone app or/and all switches wired in cat5
Dali is just dimmable light which requires a dimimg pair white and pink cables normally.

Hope i explained that right.

DALI is Digital Addressable Lighting Interface. Very common in commercial jobs now.

Rako is a company who manufacture lighting controls.

DALI is a control data protocol which uses a single pair of conductors to carry data to all light fittings and controls.
