Maximum output voltage of a relay

Hi every one. I have a NC relay with the below features which is written on the relay:
Input voltage:12V dc
Output switching voltage: 220V ac
Output switching current: 5 amp

Can I use this relay for a 400V ac, 0.1 amp Output case?
Can the relay stand up to this high voltage?

No.

Some relays and switch do have multiple ratings of different voltage/current/AC-DC combinations but the highest voltage given is the safe limit. Search for that part and check the data sheet.

It is not simply will it break down at, say 400V, but more that when switching 400V under normal conditions can it survive the over-voltages with enough margin that you don't end up with 400V in the 12V DC side, etc.
