Hello, I have just installed an ADE Optima Compact with a Ventcroft Compact bell box. All seems to work okay including the internal sounder but the external siren is very quiet. I have checked that the white jumper is not in the "test" position. This is my first venture into alarm installations but fortunately, I am also the customer! Any help or advice would be gratefully received.
