G9 LED Lamps Dodgy

Today fitted 3.5w G9 led, they looked dodgy with exposed soldering. Tested solder joints to earth got between 120 - 230v. Anybody else found this. Lamps bought from large web seller - not ebay.

Check this one out, he looses a lot of points by using a neon screwdriver. But I think a point is made!!

I can't see it having a bs mark on it and if it hasn't we shouldn't be installing them

Don't say you still usung neon tester. Thought that went out with ark
