Based in the model forms within Code of Practice for In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment, 3rd Edition.

If there any errors or bits I have missed then let me know. Just to add, I only managed to create these forms because TesterSteve started it all with the Editable EICR and gave a base from me to work from.

Thanks Mark I have just got into this but I have modified a Word version that was doing the rounds then I print to PDF and save the Word version as my template for next time thats if I get a next time so I will keep a copy of above just in case
