2- £90 call out for a sole trader is astrinomical.
What is your normal hourly rate not out of hours?

That all depends where you are, what you are doing and how you apply the callout fee.
If it’s a standalone callout fee then that’s different to being a ‘first hour’ fee.
 
I like your style, they will remember your input to their issue, keep the punters happy. Just get ready for the genuine job and make some money.
