Plenty if you're using the NIC online thing. " notifies at the same time"What's Part P got to do with how you create your certs?
Are you not registered with a CPS?
No and don't intend to make that mistake again.

Why would it possibly be a mistake? No and don't intend to make that mistake again.
Unfortunately I have no choice
My point being if you doing notifiable work and issuing certs you should be registered with a part p scheme.
Why not?
Why should I be registered with a part P scam? I can comply with bs7671 including the issuing of certificates without registering with any scam. I challenge anyone to bring about a successful prosecution for carrying out electrical work which complies with bs7671!
The CPS operators and their vested interests are the reason why we are now looking at the farcical issuance of the regulation for "non combustible CUs".My point being if you doing notifiable work and issuing certs you should be registered with a part p scheme anyway so why shove part P? I am just asking if anyone uses the NICEIC system online as I've just moved over from NAPIT. The debate on Part P itself should be discussed in another thread. It's got nothing to do with the subject in this thread. Personally I think Part P is a good thing. It's not that much of an expense and if your work is up to standard it's not a problem passong the assessment. Less fires caused by bad electrical installations speaks for itself.

New builds, extensions, etc. plus one of the builders I work for who equates to about 40% of my work is an insurance specialist and wouldn't have none of it if I wasn't registered.

Because you need to notify. I love how people call it a scam. It's regulated and safer. Why should I be registered with a part P scam?
