Hi
looking to select the correct mccb for a 20kw TP pasteuriser within a kitchen
the piece of equipment has inverters within it
can you adjust a standard Schneider mccb to allow for a (would it be a high inrush for inverters)?

If the pasteuriser is being fed from an inverter then the inverter manual usually tells you what size breaker to use.
What inverter are you using?

20kW is a bit of an odd size for a motor, do you have more details such as a run current or LRA? As Spoon says, are there any manufacturer recommendations regarding the supply requirements? If the motor is run via an inverter drive they usually deliver start current as a controlled ramp so inrush current shouldn't be high. The schneider compact MCCB's have adjustable curve, as do their other ranges as far as I know.
