Just been asked to price some remedial work after an EICR. Don’t do many small jobs like this so wondering what others would roughly charge. Change 2 old rewirable boards to 1 dual RCD board 10 circuits, bond gas (bond to water passes gas meter with slack to loop it on a clamp), Change 1 cracked socket, add SFCU in garage off existing garage ring which is all surface, rip out DSO, rewire in side shed (1 metal clad DSO, 1 x Metal clad SFCU and gland existing SWA), rewire upstairs lighting with access above through loft (7 lights, 6 switches, 3 x 2ways), rewire upstairs sockets (10xDSO). Rewire lean to using existing feed (clipped direct, 1xDSO, 1x SFCU, 2x switches, 1x 2way and 1x fluorecent. Getting feeds to top floor is easy as loft in garage where board is and ashlar wall in bedroom above. I’ve already priced and got it but wondering if I’m way out as normally the smallest work we do is rewires of about 5K.

A very rough eye over that has me at about 2.2k, oop North.
LOL. My quick calcs came to 2.2k as well!

Obviously that's not having seen exactly what's involved.

Between £2250-2500 at Bath prices. Variation being down to type / brand of materials used. Are you going for Hager, Wylex etc or chint? Makes a difference
