Well that's me lads,

Off to court now eventually after all these months of waiting. My colleague who was meant to be my first witness has now told me he cant make it as he is on holiday..... no comment. So looks like ill be on my own in there fending off the wolves.

Keep your fingers crossed for me please fellas, hopefully ill be leaving court today £2500 heavier with the money i am rightfully owed after busting my balls doing an honest job.

Why didn't you get a signed and officially witnessed affidavit from your colleague?? They can and do carry weight in a court case.... It's not always possible to get all witnesses in one place on a certain day, which is one of the reasons for affidavit's. As in if what they have sworn too in that affidavit is proved false, they can find themselves with a Court Warrant of Arrest for perjury issued against them!!! ....

Hi Lads,

first chance to get back to a computer. I probably should of started this thread in the Arms i think as i am a little dubious about posting anything in the public section if you get me. You never know right. I'll start a new thread in the arms. For any of you that aren't arms members.... lets just say i think the majority will be going my way, minus a small amount maybe as a concession and a small amount to make a repair on the ceiling. But i think i nailed it
