Torment

I've just joined this forum and I wish to post an electrical DIY question, yet the option do so isn't visible ?

Oh, he's very much a real person! :) And golly gosh, you're very polite! Welcome to the forum. :)

Thank you; I guess my politeness maybe due to many years of front line communication with members of the public & customer relations.

The Peruvian black metal band or the old school psychobilly band?

You are a man with far too much time on your hands. :)

I prefer the phrase "effective time management" mate. Some people follow football, some like horse racing, I'm into music.

I'm guessing Psychobilly for some reason?????

Psychobilly

Yep thought so lol.

You are a man with far too much time on your hands. :)

What Trev does with his hands in his own spare time on a laptop is down to him! (did that sound wrong btw???) Sorry Trev, first day back to work after a week and half off, just in one of those silly moods.

Care to use some of that effectively managed time to link me to some decent psychobilly?

I'm curious now!!

And open minded when it comes to music. :)

I'm listening to something just now that sounds like a cross between Metallica, motorhead and the clash.

It depends how into psychobilly you already are mate. If your well versed and want to dig a bit deeper take a look for Demented Are Go or the Guana Batz maybe Tiger Army.
If you want to start out a little easier then South Shields very own Bessie And The Zinc Buckets are a bit of a gentle intro to the genre.
Psychobilly at times is not for the faint hearted though :)

I've never been faint hearted with music.

Everything from Napalm Death to enigma. :)

I vaguely remember a band called lawnmower death that kept me amused for a while. :)
Psychobilly is new to me though.

Bessie's mostly covers, that's why I suggested them because it's all songs you'll know. Not necessarily psychobilly songs but certainly done in the style.
Macc Lads were great

The Macc lads were fun but I'm not sure my raging feminist wife would appreciate them. :D

I lived in Macc for a while close enough to Manchester to get to the Inernational 1 and 2 for decent gigs.

sometimes support bands for the main venues that should have been headlining.

International 1 and 2......Remember venues well.

Not necessarily a fan, seen Macc Lads a few times, once performing in a farmers field in Macclesfield, think was billed as Macc Fest
