Yes it is, I have 3 people asking for it but no actual offers yet, all questions haha, anyhow I have pictures available, one guy here keeps asking for photos but his in box is full, it is now first come first served now, if anyone wants this let me know, I have a paypal account or you can send a cheque, the tester is in very good condition, fully calibrated, has all leads, a carry case and the price also includes next day recorded delivery, my patience is running out now with enquiries but no sale, if it doesn't go soon I will keep it as a spare.
