Trying to replace an old relay in my well pump. When I search for the product id 38-T129C4238 it says it's been discontinued..

The only other things left on the label that are legible are:

18-811
256 V 60 HZ
A P - 277 VAC
Product's Unlimited

Can anyone point me in the direction of a replacement part?

Some of those Tyco 38-series relays are starting relays calibrated to the motor and cannot be replaced with a general-purpose product. Does it switch the whole motor on in response to the float switch or is is specifically for the start winding?

Have you tried contacting the pump or panel manufacturer?

Both the start and run capacitors hook up to the relay.

OK, then it's probably matched to the motor but that's not 100% certain. If you need to look further into a substitute, some pics would help to confirm the configuration.

You can go to your local electrical parts house and buy a new relay and base as long as you know the voltage of the coil. My suggestion is double pole double throw. What kind of load are you using it for
